Coffee can be grown in many parts of the world but only regions within the Coffee bean belt, where soil, altitude, climate, and weather align in perfect harmony, can nurture truly exceptional beans. In these ideal lands, coffee trees flourish, giving rise to beans of outstanding quality and rich, complex flavors. Vietnamese coffee stands out with its signature earthy aroma, a natural sweetness, subtle chocolate undertones, a touch of bitterness, and a bold, full-bodied character.

Ea Pok Highland

Just 14 kilometers northwest of Buon Ma Thuot lies Chư Hlâm — a long-dormant volcano, now covered in a quiet, 65-hectare forest.
At its base, the Ea Pok Coffee Plantation spans 700 hectares. For generations, thousands have lived and worked here - not to exploit, but to protect.
Together, workers, locals, and leaders have cared for this place as a living natural museum, preserving the soul of Dak Lak.

Coffee process

Preserving Craft and Terroir

Immediately after harvest, Robusta cherries are processed on-site using methods well-suited to the local microclimate: natural (dry) process, fully washed, and honey process.

Guided by skilled hands of veteran processors and roasters, each bean retains the authentic terroir of the red basaltic soil a full-bodied profile, lingering sweetness, and gentle woody undertones embodying the spirit of the Central Highlands in every sip.

Vietnamese drip coffee

This is a traditional, strong coffee, typically brewed using manual methods and enjoyed in the morning.

Sweetened condensed milk is often added to create the iconic cà phê sữa - served hot or iced, depending on personal preference.
